Warranty Policy

At Sant Mobile, we aim to provide clarity and confidence to our customers about the support they will receive during the warranty period of the products purchased from us. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure customers feel secure when using our products.

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Territory: This warranty is applicable only to products purchased within India.
  2. First Purchaser: The warranty is confined to the original purchaser of the product.
  3. Valid Invoice: The product must be accompanied by a valid invoice from Sant Mobile for warranty claims.
  4. Proper Usage: The product must be used as per the instruction manual. Damage due to misuse will not be covered.
  5. Repair Location: Repairs or replacements will be conducted at Sant Mobile’s authorized service centers.
  6. Unauthorised Repairs: Warranty is void if an unauthorised individual attempts repairs.
  7. Improper Use: Any defects caused by improper usage, as determined by our team, will not be covered.
  8. Alterations: The warranty will not cover products that have undergone unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  9. External Factors: Damage caused by external factors like lightning, power surges, or accidents is not covered.
  10. Non-standard Accessories: Using non-standard accessories that do not meet the product’s specifications will void the warranty.
  11. Shipping Costs: The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to Sant Mobile for service.
  12. Damage in Transit: Sant Mobile is not responsible for any damages occurring during transit to our service center unless caused by our courier partner.
  13. Warranty Period: After repair or replacement, the warranty will continue for the remaining period of the original warranty and will not be extended.
  14. Replacement Parts: Sant Mobile retains the right to keep any parts replaced during repair.
  15. Maximum Liability: Sant Mobile’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  16. Non-repairable Products: If a product is deemed non-repairable, Sant Mobile may offer a replacement or credit note for the product’s value after receiving all accessories.
  17. Technological Advances: Replacement products may vary in specifications due to technological advancements.
  18. Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sirsa, Haryana.
