Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • Sant Mobile offers a 3-day return policy. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Steps for Return:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support at returns@santmobile.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Inspection: Once the return request is submitted, we will inspect the product upon receipt and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  3. Approval: If the product meets our criteria, we will process the refund or replacement.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.
  • Products without the original invoice.
  • Accessories that show signs of wear and tear.

Replacement Policy:

  1. 3-day Replacement: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Defective Products: The product will be replaced only if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  3. Malfunction: If the product is not functioning properly within 3 days of delivery, a fresh replacement unit will be provided.

Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Physical damage reported after 24 hours.
  • Electrical surges or user-caused damages.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with defect-free products.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is unavailable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.

Important Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered in a damaged or defective state.
