We strive to process and ship every order within 24 working hours from the time the order is placed. However, certain circumstances such as public holidays, sales events, or unforeseen delays may result in an extended processing time of up to 3 working days.
Once dispatched, your order should typically reach you within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Delivery Delays
If, for any reason, your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe of 10 business days from the date of the order, you have the option to cancel it. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that any delays in refund processing due to bank procedures, national holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Sant Mobile.
If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
